Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in wind turbine technology
• Proven experience in knowledge management, ideally in environments involving AI or digital tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively across international teams
