Design Engineer - Brand & Web

We're looking for a Design Engineer with strong visual taste to help drive our creative initiatives across the web and brand. The ideal candidate will have exceptional B2B or B2C brand work showing taste, strategic thinking, and range across formats. They will be comfortable reading code, editing components, and pushing changes themselves when that's faster than a handoff.

Requirements

• Work fluently in Next.js, and write CSS that handles complex layouts, animation, and interaction with precision
• Have shipped production sites on a headless CMS and know the operational side of keeping a large site running
• Prototype quickly and move from concept to working build without getting stuck
• Communicate clearly with designers and engineers, and care about work that's both technically sound and visually refined
• Have built internal tools or workflows that made teams faster, and enjoyed doing it
