Documentation Specialist

Nordhealth is seeking a Documentation Specialist to support its growth and join its Support/Documentation team. The role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving product documentation to enable customers and internal teams to use the products successfully.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in technical communication, documentation, or a related field
• 2–3+ years of experience in documentation, or in a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good understanding of documentation processes and tools
• Experience with or exposure to translation and localisation workflows
