Requirements

• Daily operations and internal and external maintenance
• Working with incident reports in the Incit system
• Working with and performing orders from the municipality's operations
• Fault-corrective maintenance and preventive work in and around properties
• Contacts with contractors and external companies/performing orders
• Being able to intervene when needed in the property area
