We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee the overall management and development of the Association’s activities, preparing and implementing the strategy, managing staff, and overseeing finances.

Requirements

• Strong and comprehensive financial expertise, including both strategic financial management and operational financial management
• Experience in staff management and management of expert organizations
• Consistent, open, and motivating leadership style, as well as good communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and take things forward in a determined manner
• Relevant higher education
