Requirements

• Has energy, empathy, and a big heart for children
• Can lead a group with warmth, imagination, and playfulness
• Understands that physical enjoyment is more important than perfect technique
• Genuinely has experience working with children (but this is not a requirement)
• Is responsible, communicative, and confident in themselves
