We are looking for a platsansvarig to lead and support our team in Trelleborg, responsible for creating a club environment where members and employees feel at ease, working closely with the team in reception, coach service and sales, and ensuring the club meets the highest standards.

Requirements

• Great responsibility and ability to drive member development and the club's training experience forward
• Flexibility and ability to work at a high tempo
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language and ability to use it in speech and writing
• Sales and service skills, as well as motivating and leading colleagues in their daily work
