
Job description
The Risk Control function is an independent control function with the focus to ensure that all major risks are properly identified, controlled, analyzed, reported and managed. The Risk Control function covers the whole Nordnet group and therefore controls and supports both Banking and Insurance operations.
As a senior risk controller, you will drive, individually and together with the team, development of risk processes, incident management, key risk indicators, etc. This includes leading and driving the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process, reviewing and following up on solvency reporting, and conducting and leading risk workshops with management and experts.
To be successful in this role, you have a university degree and a minimum of 5 years of risk management, control, or audit experience within the insurance industry. You should have ability to facilitate outstanding relationships across the organization, effective communication skills, and understanding of the requirements on operational risk management in a regulated financial company.
