Job Description
Family Practitioner required to work in the Family Help Team covering the South Norwich area, supporting children and families to effect sustained change and keep children and young people safe through early intervention.
Requirements
- Experience of working with children and families
- High level of resilience and ability to manage a complex caseload
- Good IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases
