We are recruiting for two HR Support Officers to join People Relations Team. The successful candidate will provide first line advice, guidance, and support throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts of employment, performance management, and recruitment. They will also support the Norfolk Development Academy with project administration for learning and development activities.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- High level of IT competence, in particular MS Office software, Excel and Word
- Well organised and able to work on own initiative
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
