Marine and Coastal Team Leader

We are seeking a senior, high-profile leader to shape the future of The Wash and Norfolk Coast. The Marine and Coastal Team Leader will provide strategic leadership for delivering the statutory duties of both Partnerships, reporting directly to their Management Boards.

Requirements

• Significant experience in partnership management and senior-level relationship building
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, National Landscapes and Marine Protected Areas
• Proven skills in project planning, delivery, budget management and securing external funding
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to translate complex policy for non-specialists
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to inspire and lead a team
