An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations and Development Lead to lead our Adult Social Services Brokerage function. The team will begin working under a new sourcing model from April 2026, making this a key role in developing and improving ways of working.

• Highly organised person with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop procedures and guidance for every activity to ensure quality and consistency
• Regular in-person work in both the office and community
