Responsable d'Equipe Production (H/F) - CDD

We are looking for a Production Team Manager on a contract basis to accompany the dynamic growth of our operations. The manager will organize the short-term schedule to ensure the efficiency of production and the availability of products, while ensuring Safety, Quality, and compliance with deadlines.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
• Authorization to operate equipment, first-level maintenance, and format and setting operations on several lines or workshops
• Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF)
• Solid understanding of industrial production processes
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and synthesize essential information
• Ease of use of computer tools
• Ability to implement the tools and methods of Continuous Improvement
