Founder’s Associate (GTM/Growth) - Working Student / Internship (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Founder’s Associate (GTM/Growth) to work directly with the CEO on growth experiments, content that converts, partnerships, and outbound.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (C1 German is a must)
• High-agency: you don’t wait for perfect instructions — you propose, execute, iterate
• You like marketing + sales and can comfortably call a customer
• You’re AI-native (you use AI daily), but you can still think clearly on your own
