Our client is an independent law and tax firm based in Monaco, seeking a M&A Lawyer with approximately 5 years of experience to join its team dedicated to merger and acquisition operations.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in business law, with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions
• Proven experience in conducting complex transactions and advising companies on international operations
• Good knowledge of international regulations
• Bilingual in French and English, with mastery of other languages a plus
• Solid negotiation skills, contract drafting, and transaction structuring
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and priority management skills
• Team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
• Discretion and professionalism in managing confidential and sensitive files
