Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to plan and manage projects, ensure contractual commitments are met, and provide leadership to a multi-disciplined team.
Requirements
- Negotiate and develop project scope, work plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in quality assurance and quality control
- Coordinate with contractors and building authorities to address issues
- Act as primary liaison with client, contractor, and project team
