Requirements
- Provides a safe and healthy environment for all children in the camp program.
- Ensures that children are under proper supervision at all times.
- Eats lunch with the children and provides appropriate discussion for meal times.
- Ensures that all documentation takes place promptly.
- Follows the schedule and routine created for the program.
- Must be at least 16 years of age for Assistant Counselor and 18 years of age for Lead Counselor.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Emotional maturity when working with children, parents, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Flexibility, patience, and understanding when working with children.
