Job Description
Norris McLaughlin is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–6 years of experience in personal injury and liability defense to join their growing New Jersey Litigation Group. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, defend public entities in Tort Claim matters and §1983 Civil Rights litigation, and work closely with medical providers and expert witnesses.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 4–6 years of experience, preferably in personal injury/liability defense
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience working with medical records and experts
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
- New Jersey state court experience (federal experience a plus)
