Job Description
We are seeking a bright, energetic, and hard-working litigation associate with 5-7 years' experience in complex commercial litigation to join our New York office. As a litigation associate, you will handle all aspects of commercial litigation, draft pleadings and motions, and appear before state and federal courts of New York and arbitrations.

- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Must be bar admitted in the state New York
- Must have New York State court experience
