Requirements

• Prior knowledge of extrusion department desired
• Prior machinery experience a plus
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills required to maintain tolerances where gauges or test equipment are provided
• Must have ability to communicate
• Work well with all employees at all levels
• Willingness to learn new processes
• Work with limited supervision
