Job Description
Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR and HSE activities at our Mississauga location. The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a unionized, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- CHRP designation (an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ESA, Human Rights, and Collective Agreements
- Committed to Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems
- Organized, collaborative, and a team player
- Willingness to occasionally work off-shifts when required
