Job Description
Hydro Aluminum Metals is seeking an HSE Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs to ensure a safe, compliant, and incident-free workplace.
Requirements
- Lead and champion all Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives across the facility
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with Hydro standards and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee environmental compliance programs, including air emissions, wastewater, hazardous waste, and stormwater management
- Establish, monitor, and report on leading and lagging safety indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; implement corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs
