Job Description
As an IT Analyst, you will be part of the Global IT Support team, responsible for resolving IT infrastructure and application related issues, installing IT infrastructure components, and maintaining user accounts. You will also act as a location representative of GBS IT professionals and participate in IT change management flows.
Requirements
- Min. 1-2 years work experience on the field of IT Infrastructure
- IT Technician qualification is a must; IT Engineer or equivalent is preferred
- Fluency both in the native language (German) of supported location(s) and in English is a must
- ITIL Certification (Education knowledge)
- Exposure to and understanding of a manufacturing environment (Soft skill)
- Experience in basic Vendor management processes (Soft skill)
