Job Description
Hydro Global Business Services is looking for a Master Data Specialist to deliver master data services and improvements in line with business requirements and Hydro policies. The role involves ensuring data quality, compliance, and consistency across business systems, and identifying process improvement ideas to enhance data quality and services.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Shared Service/GBS environment and/or financial background
- College / University degree or similar in finance field
- Fluent in English, any other language a plus
- Focus on detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Proficiency with SAP / S4 HANA accounting software
- Knowledge of Master Data objects, especially Business Partner (customer, vendor)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service problem solving orientation
- Service mindedness
