Production Department Manager at Hydro Building Systems, responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production workshop, driving performance, profitability, and quality objectives, while respecting safety, environmental, and service standards.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and/or 10 years of experience in industry or production
• Successful experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment
• Confirmed experience in team management (minimum 5 years)
• General knowledge in industry
• Experience or training in metallurgy would be an asset
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Rigour, sense of organization, and exemplarity
• Good communication skills and a taste for teamwork
