MANUFACTURING MANAGER

Manage manufacturing operations, including production, scheduling, and team management, to meet FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA, and EPA requirements. Develop strategic plans and coordinate communication between departments to achieve optimal production throughput and quality output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management or a related field
• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and achieving production efficiency gains
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
