Job Description
The Hub Saloon in Craig, MT is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Line Cook to support its rotating dinner service. The successful candidate will prepare and execute menu items with care, manage multiple orders with accuracy and speed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Willingness to share credit and work with others in a team environment
- Ability to take the initiative, embrace change, and learn new things
- Drive to be dependable and perform well against the expectations of the role
- 1–4 years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, food safety, and recipe execution
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
