Millwright Journeyperson

North America Construction (1993) Ltd. is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright to assist with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing stationary machinery and mechanical equipment on a Water Pollution Control Plant project in Kemptville, ON. Furnished accommodations provided to qualified nonlocal candidates.

Requirements

• Must be a registered Millwright apprentice
• 1-3 years of experience working in the construction environment
• Possess personal basic hand tools
• Hoisting and rigging experience
• Experience setting pumps
• Experience installing large pipe is an asset
• Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
• Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Proactive in ensuring job knowledge is current.
