Project Administrator

North America Construction (1993) Ltd. is seeking a full-time Project Administrator for the Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility project in St. Thomas, ON. The position involves administration and coordination duties, including providing support to the project team, processing timesheets, and managing purchase orders.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience working as an administrator or coordinator
• Experience with time and material tracking is an asset
• Strong knowledge of general office procedures
• Solid computer skills on programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
