Job Description
Serves patrons with food and beverages, maintains dining ambiance, and protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with the public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner
- Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events
- Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit, and cash handling policies and procedures
- Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures
- Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
