Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and grow within our company. We provide paid hands-on training with our experienced installers to help you succeed.
Requirements
- Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
- Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
- Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
- Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
- Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
- Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
- Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
- Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes
