Facilities & Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager at North Coast will be responsible for managing and leading a team of maintenance personnel to ensure production equipment & facilities are efficiently operating within the seafood manufacturing plant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with increasingly responsible management positions
• Diverse background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience
• Food industry background preferred; Seafood industry experience is a plus
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, training, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
