Job Description
Works as part of the Quality & Compliance team to ensure patient health information is accurate and complete, collaborating closely with clinical teams and managing incoming clinical documents, external data sources, and patient communications.
Requirements
- Degree or certification in office studies, business administration or related field
- Medical Assistant or Medical Records training/experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Skilled with computers and computer applications, including Microsoft applications and electronic medical records
- Strong attention to detail, independent work, and problem-solving skills
