Job Description
The Lead, HSE Management System is responsible for developing and maintaining NOC's HSE Management System Procedures, leading cross-functional audit teams, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards. The role involves frequent offshore visits and requires a strong technical background in HSE management systems, procedures, and auditing.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or masters
- 15 years of experience in HSE supervision, with 5 years in upstream oil and gas
- Familiarity with HSE standards and guidelines
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in business suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access databases)
- Fluency in English
- Strong technical writing skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and share knowledge
