North Park University is seeking a Director of Graduate Education Programs to provide strategic leadership, academic oversight, and operational management of graduate-level programs within the School of Education.

Requirements

• Provide academic leadership and oversight of graduate programs
• Teach 3 credit hours of graduate education courses per semester
• Coordinate recruitment, advising, and retention efforts
• Serve as the primary liaison for graduate education program accreditation and licensure compliance
• Supervise and support graduate faculty
• Develop partnerships with school districts, professional organizations, and community agencies
• Lead continuous program improvement efforts
