Faculty - Professor of Spanish and Latino Studies (Open Rank)

North Park University is seeking a Professor of Spanish and Latino Studies (Open Rank) to join a small and collaborative department. The professor will teach six courses per academic year, including a general education history class and occasional interdisciplinary courses.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in a field of Spanish language, literature, cultural studies, or equivalent
• Be a native or near-native speaker of Spanish
• Have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and academic scholarship
• Possess a clear understanding and personal commitment to North Park University's mission of Christian higher education
