Job Description
North Point Technology is hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build, integrate, and harden software supporting NGA’s GEOINT mission. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience and experience with software development or software integration in cloud, SOA, or web-services environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience with software development or software integration in cloud, SOA, or web-services environments
- Experience with GitLab, including CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Docker
- Experience with web technologies and protocols such as web servers, HTTP, and SSL
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies
