Job Description
North Richmond Community Health is seeking an AOD Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care in a low-threshold, harm reduction setting. The successful candidate will have strong experience in AOD and harm reduction, and a deep commitment to equitable healthcare.
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner endorsement with AHPRA (no conditions)
- Master’s qualification aligned to Nurse Practitioner requirements
- Experience in Alcohol and Other Drugs settings
- Confidence in MATOD prescribing
- Strong understanding of harm reduction frameworks and relevant policy
- Ability to engage with clients with complex needs in a low-threshold environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A commitment to social justice and improving health outcomes for vulnerable communities
