Job Description
North Risk Partners is seeking a customer-focused Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to serve as a point of contact for clients, assist in data entry and rating quotes, and collaborate with team members in managing personal accounts.
Requirements
- Prepare for the property and casualty licensing exam, and participate in Total CSR courses
- Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures
- Assist in sending ID cards, handling non-complex endorsements, processing cancellations, answering billing questions, and responding to voicemails in the service inbox in a timely, accurate manner
