North Risk Partners is seeking a customer-focused Personal Lines Associate Account Manager to serve as a point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Prepare for the property and casualty licensing exam, and participate in Total CSR courses
- Work collaboratively on a team to monitor and complete tasks in different workflows
- Maintain client files in the agency management system following standard company policies and procedures
- Develop relationships with partner insurance carriers and underwriting teams
- Assist in sending ID cards, handling non-complex endorsements, processing cancellations, answering billing questions, and responding to voicemails in a timely, accurate manner
- Remarket renters and auto policies, and generate quotes for clients
- Greet and handle customer walk-ins, along with drop-off payments
- Follow all federal and state regulations, and best practices for avoiding errors and omissions
- Attend and participate in personal lines meetings, training, and classes
- Continue professional development; pursue and maintain licensing and designations as applicable
