We are looking for a Personal Lines Associate Claims Administrator to service claims and work with Risk Advisors, clients, and carriers. The role involves assisting in servicing claims, taking calls, submitting claims to carriers, and following up on requests from insureds or claimants.
Requirements
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a high school degree, bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license
- Previous work experience in personal insurance is preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated success in customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
