Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with Risk Advisors and the Commercial Processing team
- Support Risk Advisors by exercising independent judgment and discretion
- Manage large volumes of account support items regularly
- Enter activity and other relevant information accurately into the company’s software system(s)
