Job Description
The Medical Front Desk Receptionist coordinates medical services for patients at Northshore Medical & Aesthetics Center. They assist with intake processes, schedule appointments, and manage medical records.
Requirements
- College education, high school diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in an outpatient medical clinic or hospital, medical office setting
- Basic understanding of patient care, medical terminology, coding procedures, reference tools, and clinical pharmacology
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in ECW or similar EHR software and MS Office Suite
