Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinic-Based

Our interdisciplinary care model includes BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers working together to provide individualized care. Our company values growth, mentorship, and leadership development, with many leaders starting as BCBAs. We're looking for a BCBA to provide clinical oversight, supervision, and training to RBTs, and to partner with families to set meaningful goals and celebrate progress.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in Illinois
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
• Passion for serving children and families with autism and developmental needs
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs
