FOREMAN

The Yard Foreman is responsible for the daily oversight and management of operations at the La cima Yard crushing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operation of concrete crushing equipment and managing yard crew members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aggregate production, concrete crushing/recycling, mining, or heavy construction operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience operating and maintaining crushing and screening equipment.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, production reports, and safety documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills necessary with crew demographics.
