NorthBay Solutions is hiring a Senior GenAI Engineer to design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks, architect and implement multi-agent systems, and lead a cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML
• 2+ years of practical experience in LLM-based application development
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or Llama2
• Experience leading engineering teams and working with enterprise clients
