Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is hiring a Tech Lead - GenAI & AgenticAI with 12+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, and leadership. The role involves designing and developing Agentic AI applications using LLM frameworks and leading a cross-functional team. Ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, and OpenAI, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, and leading technical teams
- 3+ years of practical experience in LLM-based application development
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, ReAct, Semantic Kernel
- OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, or Llama2
- Embedding models, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Prompt engineering, RAG, memory/context management
- Serverless, Python, Node.js, AWS/GCP/Azure cloud
- Experience leading engineering teams and working with enterprise clients
