Senior Designer, Marketing Brand and Creative

Northbeam is building the world’s most advanced marketing intelligence platform. We’re a remote-friendly company with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, looking for a Senior Designer to help shape our company's visual identity and develop compelling visual content for various marketing materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or a similar role within an in-house creative department or agency environment
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications Design, or a related field
• Expertise in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience with motion graphics, animation tools (e.g., After Effects), or generative AI tools is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of high-quality design work across different mediums is essential
