Full Time RN/LPN

The Wellness Nurse RN/LPN will provide a range of services to meet the unique needs of each resident in our assisted living community. Responsibilities include collaborating with a team to develop and implement personalized care plans, conducting health assessments, administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and responding to medical emergencies. Qualifications include a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, ability to communicate effectively, and strong record-keeping skills.
