Requirements
- Manage end-to-end processing of advisor business with accuracy, timeliness, and proactive follow-up.
- Organize and execute daily workload to meet service level agreements and operational targets.
- Stay current on product updates and software enhancements to support advisor efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant work with strong attention to detail.
- Solve complex problems and conduct thorough fact-finding to support advisor decisions.
- Prepare client summaries and reports to identify opportunities for added value and increased advisor productivity.
- Conduct data mining to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including renewals.
- Work with advisors to maintain compliant client files and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Support office operations through efficient workflow management.
- Assist advisors with maintaining compliance, integrity, and support broker/agent training initiatives.
